Long Branch Lakes Property Owners Association respects the privacy of members, residents, and visitors who use this website. This policy explains the information the website collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you register for a member account, request a password reset, submit a contact form, or upload an authorized committee document, the website processes the information needed to provide that service. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, account details, committee assignments, message content, and uploaded files.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic and how visitors use the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect information such as pages visited, general geographic region, device and browser type, referring source, interactions, and session timing. The Association uses this information to maintain and improve the website; it is not used to sell personal information.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google’s partner-sites privacy page. Browser tools and extensions may also allow you to limit or opt out of analytics cookies.

Contact forms, email, and spam protection

Contact-form submissions are delivered to the Association’s designated web-services mailbox and may be copied to its website support provider for technical follow-up. The website uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and abuse. Transactional messages such as account registration, password reset, and contact notifications are delivered through Brevo.

Protected member and committee information

Member and committee documents are restricted according to account and committee assignments. Account holders are responsible for protecting their passwords and should not forward password-reset links or protected documents to unauthorized recipients.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only as needed to operate the Association, provide requested website services, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. Website hosting, analytics, email-delivery, and spam-protection providers process limited information on the Association’s behalf under their applicable service terms.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for Association administration, website operation, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
