Common Area Rules & Regulations

Updated at the November 2022 Board of Directors Meeting to reflect changes to the Catch & Release Rules at the public lakes. Moreover, guidelines are provided limiting use of horseback riding and hiking trails. To read the entire document click here!​

Lakes & Wildlife

​​One of the most common sayings when you are fishing one of the Lakes at Long Branch is “What did you catch them on?” Several of the locals who like to fish, have a few favorites they think are better than the others.

Both Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative (SVEC)  and Fall Creek Falls Water District  have a notification feature on their websites whenever there is a power outage. We encourage you to sign up for both to receive immediate notifications whenever an outage occurs.
