Our Mission is to enhance our quality of life by maintaining our common areas and upholding our Covenants and By-Laws. As representatives of the Property Owners, we will take an ethical and objective approach in representing their interests. We will seek and support initiatives that strengthen our community.
Vision Statement
Our Vision is for LBL to be a premier community on Tennessee’s Cumberland Plateau, where property values are protected, amenities are well-maintained, and neighbors enjoy a high quality of life in a natural setting.
