​Welcome to Long Branch Lakes and congratulations on your decision to build your dream home in this beautiful community. The Architectural and Landscape Control Committee (ALCC) has assembled, for your convenience, application forms, checklists, requirements, and guidelines that you will need for preparation of your construction submission. The Standard Requirements document contains construction standards, and the Construction Application contains a materials checklist, and compliance forms. Once your submission is received, a member of the ALCC will be assigned as your point of contact and will be available to you for any questions, concerns or requests that may arise during the construction process.
